The service

Track / Explained publishes editorial commentary that synchronizes narration with embedded music videos or official audio. The service may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. It is provided for general informational and cultural-commentary purposes.

Third-party media

Videos are delivered through YouTube’s embedded player. YouTube and the relevant artists, labels, publishers, creators, and other rights holders retain their respective rights. Track / Explained does not claim ownership of third-party music or video. Your use of embedded media is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You may browse and link to public pages for personal, lawful use. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, remove notices, or reuse our original narration, editorial text, design, or code in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Editorial independence

Interpretations are commentary, not statements by or endorsements from the artists, YouTube, labels, or other rights holders. Factual corrections, attribution questions, and rights concerns are welcome at [email protected].

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
